Mastery of the Rolling and Bruising Table

Oolong tea is the most technically challenging tea to produce. Leaves undergo periodic tossing on bamboo trays to bruise the leaf edges, exposing them to partial oxidation while the leaf center remains unoxidized.

Our Dhankuta Dawn Artisan Oolong demonstrates the skill of eastern Nepal tea makers, featuring golden amber liquor with layers of honey blossom and roasted barley.
