75°C – 80°C

Steeping Time

4 – 5 Minutes

Leaf Amount

2g per 200ml

Resteep

2–3 Infusions

White tea buds can withstand longer steeping without becoming bitter. Excellent for 3 to 4 slow re-steepings.

Minimal Processing, Maximum Purity

White tea is the least processed of all teas. After gentle dawn plucking, the unopened terminal buds are naturally sun-withered and slow-dried. Without rolling or artificial oxidation, the tea retains its delicate silver trichome hairs and silky mouthfeel.

Our Everest Mist Silver Needle represents micro-lots harvested above 2,000m altitude in Dhankuta, yielding notes of honeysuckle, melon, and cucumber water.
