About This Tea
Everest Mist is our rarest and most prized offering. Made exclusively from the youngest silver buds, hand-picked before dawn from gardens at 2,200m altitude near the Everest region. The result is an ethereal tea with a pale golden liquor, delicate floral sweetness, and an impossibly smooth finish that lingers on the palate.
Brewing Instructions
Use 2g per 200ml water at 75°C. Steep for 4-5 minutes. Can be re-steeped 2-3 times.
