Kathmandu Chai is our take on the beloved masala chai, blending robust Nepali black tea with a traditional spice mix of cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and black pepper. Inspired by the bustling tea stalls of Kathmandu's old city, this blend delivers warmth, spice, and a touch of sweetness in every sip.
Brewing Instructions
Use 3g per 200ml water at 100°C. Steep for 5 minutes with milk and sugar to taste. Can also be simmered for a stronger brew.
