White tea buds require patient steeping to unfurl their velvety layers. Can be re-steeped up to 4 times.
White tea represents the most natural, untouched form of tea making. Only the tender unopened buds and first two leaves are hand-plucked in early spring, then slowly sun-withered and gently dried.
The result is a shimmering pale gold cup offering subtle notes of fresh melon, orchid blossoms, and wild alpine honey.
Whole white tea buds can be re-steeped 3 to 4 times, with each infusion uncovering new delicate floral subtleties.
